Kobe’s Inspiring Message To Teammates During Warriors Game: ‘Beat The Shit Out Of Them’
During a timeout in yesterday's historic upset of the Golden State Warriors, a (presumably filthy rich) fan sitting courtside filmed the Los Angeles Lakers as they were milling about the sidelines. There was no specific game plan relayed by coach Byron Scott; no "force Steph left" or "double Festus Ezeli anytime he gets the ball." Just Kobe Bryant imparting his signature competitive fire to his young, impressionable teammates -- kinda like "The Lakeshore Strangler" swapping his soul into a innocent-looking child's doll in the first "Child's Play" movie.
"Beat the shit out of 'em," he said.
Oh, Kobe. We're gonna miss your brutal, profanity-laced soundbites almost as much as we'll miss that stupid face you make when you're feeling drunk with power.
