NBA D-League Jerseys Featuring Advertisements Have Arrived (And They're Not That Bad)
Aesthetically speaking, there are few things worse than having a corporate logo clash with whatever look your going for, as A) You come off as a sellout, and B) Most corporate logos are dated and ugly. That being said, the Westchester Knicks' uniforms -- which feature the J.P. Morgan Chase logo -- don't look half bad.
For starters, the insignia is at the bottom of the jersey, so it's not constantly catching your eye and reminding you of how little money you have in your bank account. Also, it's a cool jersey to begin with, that employs the 70s throwback numbers-above-the-letters design, which helps hide the sad reality that Chase's CEO paid a lawyer $9 billion to keep quiet about the company's history of "massive securities fraud."
But most importantly, the jerseys don't have the word "Bimbo" plastered across the chest like the Philadelphia Union's kits. Those things suck.
