The Bench Warmers: Shaun Livingston’s 20 Lead Warriors Over Cavs In Game 1, 104-89
Well folks, this about sums it up:
I miss Warriors vs OKC already

If the Cavs has a script for Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals, it was likely:
1. Hold Steph Curry and Klay Thompson to 11 points or less each.
2. Outrebound the Warriors by a big margin.
Mission accomplished. But then why did Cleveland get routed on Thursday, 104-89? Because Golden State buys into that team concept thing: the Warriors' bench outscored the Cavs' bench 45-10.
Shaun Livingston led Golden State with 20 points, a playoff career high. Curry had 11 and Thompson 9. LeBron James had 23 points. Draymond Green had 16 points, 11 rebounds and 7 assists.

Steve Kerr defeats clipboard.
Kerr, post-game: "Destruction tends to ease some of the anger. ... I just thought we came out after halftime lacking some intensity."

Is this thing over? I certainly hope not -- if the Warriors sweep they might disband the NBA East. Look, any team with LeBron on it is going to eventually have its say in any series. But at this point you have to admit -- GSW vs. OKC would have been a much better Finals.
