Watch Steph Curry Hit A Fan In The Face With His Mouthguard
Steph Curry's mouthguard is something of a security blanket. When he's nervous, he takes it out of his mouth, turns it sideways, inserts it back into his mouth and begins chewing on it like a twitterpated 7th-grader. When he's happy, he flips it around and does cute little #MouthguardTricks with it. Now we know that when he's angry -- an emotion has had yet to display before Game 6 of the 2016 NBA Finals -- he removes it from his mouth and chucks it at the face of an unsuspecting fan.
After being slapped with his sixth and final personal foul, the normally reserved child-looking basketball god lost his shit and pegged some cheering Cavs fan sitting courtside with the little plastic thing he keeps in his mouth all game.
It was hilarious.
"I definitely didn't mean to throw it at a fan," Steph said after the game, fearing he could be suspended (much like Udonis Haslem was for a similar incident in 2006). "I went over and apologized."
Dude, you don't need to apologize. That fucking guy has the world by the balls. He's sitting on the court for one of the most exciting NBA Finals games in history. He should be so lucky as to get hit in the cheek with your dental hardware. That's what he (or his bajillionaire dad) paid a year's worth of college tuition for. He wanted to be part of the action. You've made his life. He should be thanking you!
