Welcome To The NBA: Kyrie Irving Files Police Report Against “Miss Hawaii”
Most men would be overjoyed to have a beauty pageant queen stalking them, but No. 1 overall NBA draft pick Kyrie Irving isn't most people. (Then again, as far as we can tell, the woman in question isn't actually a beauty pageant queen, either.)
In fact, Irving is claiming Jessica Jackson, a.k.a. "Miss Hawaii," was harassing him via a now deleted Twitter account. The new Cleveland Cavaliers point guard said that he briefly met Jackson outside of a Ritz Carlton hotel in Charleston, North Carolina, but nothing more.
According to the lawsuit, Jackson posted YouTube videos verbally attacking Irving and in a tweet, threatened to stab him.
This isn't the first time Irving's been linked to Jackson, as Miss Hawaii claims to have a video of the former Duke star masturbating, and threatened to release them on draft day. Jackson has also previously filed a police report agaisnt Irving, claiming he was harassing her.
So far this just seems like a game of "he said, she said," but lockout or no lockout, it's safe to say that this isn't the type of publicity that Cleveland fans were hoping to get from their new basketball savior.
