Louisville’s Chinanu Onuaku Shoots Grannies
Tonight a very tough Louisville team got a conference win on the road against NC State, 77-72. The game was entertaining with the Wolfpack keeping it close, but nothing was as fun to watch as Cardinals' forward Chinanu Onuaku shooting free throws.

He shot two like that and surprise, missed both. But actually, the surprise is he's hovering around 50% for the season, having hit 13 of 25 coming into the game. In case you don't believe it, here's some footage of him making one, and how exciting it is to Spanish speakers:
Sure, there's nothing wrong with granny-style free throws if you can hit them like Rick Barry, but Onuaku can't. However, in the same game NC State forward Beejay Anya tossed up an airball (as if that first name weren't enough), so perhaps the gravity was off.
State, Anya specifically, needs to practice free throws. A lot.

Tonight Onuaku had his third consecutive double-double, and is needed on the floor. But if he can't hit free throws, he's too much of a liability to see time late in a close game.
