Bo Pelini Swears He’ll Miss Nebraska
Bo Pelini had a 67-27 record at Nebraska. He guided the Cornhuskers to at least nine wins every season. He took them to a bowl game each season. But according to the administration, he didn't win the big games and couldn't win their conference. So Pelini was shown the door at the end of the season and is on his way to Youngstown State. Was Pelini a good soldier, thanking Nebraska AD Shawn Eichorst for all the memories? Uh, no.
Pelini set fire to every bridge he crossed when at a meeting with his players on December 2 to discuss his firing he went off on Eichorst:
I really didn't have any relationship with the AD, um the guy...you saw the guy yesterday...the guy is a total pussy. I mean, he is, and he's a total... a total cunt and since I've been here, he's been here for 2 years, I've had a conversation with the guy a couple times. You've seen him, he's never been in the locker room at the end of the day, he just, he was never going to support us. [Emphasis Mine]
The quote is taken directly from this audio:
If you listen to the whole thing (and I have), he questions Eichorst's manhood because he didn't support "us" (read "him") and takes no responsibility. While Pelini's entitled to these statements, I know what a self-centered bully sounds like. So I'm going on the assumption that Pelini's ouster is in Nebraska's best interest, but Eichorst, you're on the clock.
In the last 16 months, Bo Pelini has released more hit audio recordings than Justin Bieber. #Huskers

The odd thing about Pelini's tirade is that his mouth has gotten him into a similar situation. Back in 2011 after the Cornhuskers came back from a 27-6 second-half deficit to Ohio State, he said of the Nebraska students who left the game early in disgust:
Our crowd. What a bunch of fucking fair-weather fucking—they can all kiss my ass out the fucking door. 'Cause the day is fucking coming now. We'll see what they can do when I'm fucking gone. I'm so fucking pissed off.
Pelini issued an apology at the time and said, "These comments are in no way indicative of my true feelings. I love it here in Nebraska and feel fortunate to be associated with such a great University and fan base." Uh, sure, Bo. That was enough to keep his job in 2011, but now that he's lost it, I doubt we'll hear an apology for his latest comments.

Why? Because Nebraska is on the hook to Pelini for 51 payments of $150K each, or $7.65M, and if you ask him, he'll likely tell you he doesn't give a fuck, you cunt.
