A few minutes ago, LSU quarterback Jordan Jefferson and linebacker Josh Johns were bonded out of the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on felony charges of second-degree battery. These were the photos that were taken of them inside the prison.
Both players were suspended by coach Les Miles around 11AM this morning. In case you're wondering why the 4th-ranked team in college football will be without its starting quarterback and one of its linebackers for an undetermined amount of time: a police report released Thursday detailed Jefferson's and Johns' involvement in a much-publicized bar fight near LSU's campus a week ago. The report said that Jefferson kicked someone in the head, and Johns was part of an "attack." That'll do it.
