A High School Football Prospect Has His College Choice Shaved Into The Back Of His Head
Phone calls and press conferences are seemingly a thing of the past, as the method du jour for declaring your college choice is now evidently imprinting it somewhere on your person. After all, how else are people going to know that you're serious?
Take Kenyan Drake, for instance, a four-star running back out of Hillgrove, Ga. Drake elected to have his head — or hair, rather — do all the talking for him, having his future school's logo shaved into the back of his head.
"I went to the barber and gave him my Alabama hat," he told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. And not a moment too soon, as Drake commissioned the haircut design right before heading to Nike's "The Opening," a high school combine targeted at bringing together the nation's top prospects to participate in offseason drills.
For his sake, we're just thankful he didn't take a more ... permanent ... approach. Roll Tide, indeed.
