Aaron Hernandez's murder trial kicked off today after a two-day delay due to it being held in the place where all the snow went. In his opening statement, Hernandez's defense attorney began the long process of painting Odin Llyod (the man Hernandez is alleged to have killed) as being a bad dude from Bristol, Connecticut.
So naturally, he started with the "marijuana cigarettes or cigars."
"Odin Lloyd would roll blunts for Aaron -- Odin was known as the blunt master."
Was that his screenname or, like, was he elected to that role? So weird...
Hernandez's DNA was found on a joint recovered from the crime scene where Odin Lloyd's body was found.
