According To T.J. Ward, A Broncos Player Threatened To Eat Tom Brady’s Kids

The list of unspeakable things that Broncos players have said to and about Tom Brady continues to get longer, my friends!
You may remember that after the Broncos beat the Patriots in the AFC Championship game, an anonymous Broncos player (who was almost definitely Von Miller, but we'll stick with "anonymous") was quoted by Sport's Illustrates MMQB as saying "I tried to rub my nuts on [Tom Brady's] face."
Fair enough, I guess?
Apparently the threat of balls to the face wasn't the only one Brady received during the game though. Broncos safety T.J. Ward appeared on ESPN's Highly Questionable and told host Dan Le Batard that he heard masterful trash talker Derek Wolfe go full Mike Tyson during the game against the Patriots.
"He told somebody he was going to eat their kids," said Ward. “Hey, and I was shocked by it. I was like [looking around], ‘Oh, dang...okay.’ "
Le Batard followed up by asking if it was a teammate or an opposing player that Wolfe said it to, and Ward responded after mild contemplation that he thinks it was Tom Brady. I'm not convinced per se that it was to Tom Brady, based on the fact that Ward looked a little sheepish as he said it. It seems like he pulled it out because he knew it would make the story better, although it's been made abundantly clear that the Broncos defensive line gave zero shits about getting after the four-time Super Bowl champion. So it's certainly possible.
You can watch the entire clip below and decided for yourself. Either way, it seems that someone on the Patriots was told that their children were getting eaten that day; which can't be fun to hear.
