Another Brady TD Pass, Patriots Lead Steelers 14-0, Al Michaels Now Evil
Well, most of us were eagerly anticipating Tom Brady's Game One debut tonight. I guess the only two who weren't were Al Michaels and Jimmy Garoppolo.
Brady has thrown his second TD pass, this one in the second quarter and New England has a 14-0 lead over Pittsburgh in the first NFL regular season game of 2015. We suspected that Brady would be back with a vengeance but this is ridiculous -- 15/17, 172 yards, 2 TDs, 0 interceptions.
This TD was 6 yards to Rob Gronkowski -- the first one was 16 yards, also to Gronk. Both resulted in massive spikes -- the end zone now looks like the surface of the moon.
Here's how Tom Brady is like Donald Trump: You either hate him or you love him, but either way you can't turn away.
UPDATE: Josh Scobee's 44-yard field goal with :02 left in the first half makes it 14-3.
