Attention: Tim Tebow Is In An NFL Game For The First Time In Two Years, Gets Standing Ovation
Tim Tebow was last on an NFL roster in 2013 with the Patriots, and now he's back with the Philadelphia Eagles. Today's Eagles-Colts preseason game in Philly (the first day preseason home game for the Eagfles since 1968, by the way) is in the third quarter, and Tebow is now ion the game.
He just completed a pass. And another. He's 4-for-4 for 43 yards. (Updates below).

UPDATE: Tebow scores! Tebow's 7-yard TD run gives Eagles a 35-10 lead with 2:02 left in the game. He's 6-for-12 for 69 yards and one running TD after starting 5-for-6. (Matt Barkley 12-for-20 192 yards, 0 TDs, 1 INT; Mark Sanchez 2-for-7, 52 yards 1 TD). Tebow also had 4 carries for 15 yards and 1 TD.
His new compact throwing motion looks a lot better, but Tebow was still sacked three times and hurried numerous times as he struggled a bit to decide when to hang in the pocket and when to run. To be fair, though, he wasn't working with first string guys. Overall, a good debut considering he's been out of the NFL for two years.
Tebow, on NFL Network: "We're just trying to get better every single day, and today was just one more step. It's just a learning opportunity. It was also a lot of fun to come out here and play."
UPDATE: Tebow just completed an 18-yard pass to Rasheed Bailey to start his second series. He's 5-for-6 for 61 yards.
UPDATE: Tebow was 4-for-5 for 43 yards and got the Eagles into the red zone, before Cody Parkey missed a 34-yard field goal attempt. Philadelphia leads 26-10 near the end of the third quarter.
I'm not even sure the capitalized "He" here was a mistake. pic.twitter.com/8BSViOyLBQ
