Bills’ Tyrod Taylor is a Sneaky Play for Week 7
Tyrod Taylor vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Tyrod Taylor has yet to live up to expectations this season, but in Week 7 he draws a Tampa Bay defense that is allowing the second most points per game to opposing quarterbacks. Taylor should be in store for quite the game coming off the bye, both passing and rushing. Look for him to post borderline QB1 numbers in this matchup, worthy of a spot start in seasonal leagues. In DFS, he will likely go overlooked and be a sneaky play in your cash lineups.
Chris Ivory @ Indianapolis Colts: Chris Ivory has played the role of the change of pace back for the Jaguars to this point in this season. But, after the injury scare to Leonard Fournette last week, expect the coaches to play Ivory just a bit more in Week 7. In a matchup against a Colts defense that is at the bottom of the league in points allowed to opposing running backs, Ivory could turn in a very sneaky performance. He has some definite Flex potential this week in season-long leagues, and should be a long-shot player to target in DFS.
Josh Doctson @ Philadelphia Eagles: Josh Doctson is rumored to be getting an increase in snaps in this offense as he is gaining trust with the coaches. If he sees the field more in Week 6, he draws a matchup against an Eagles defense that is currently next to last in points allowed to wide receivers per game. With the Redskins potentially playing from behind, look for Cousins to involve Doctson more and take advantage of his athletic ability. He should double his season catch total in this game, and be sneaky play as a low-end WR3 this week. In DFS, he will be a very cheap receiving option that will undoubtedly be low owned in Week 7.
Austin Hooper @ New England Patriots: Austin Hooper is becoming more and more a part of this offense, and in Week 7 he will be matched up against a Patriots defense that allows 17.3 points per game to opposing tight ends. If you are needing a tight end to stream for this week, target Hooper. As for DFS, he should be a sneaky play in your lineup that will allow you to build your roster in other areas.
Kai Forbath vs. Baltimore Ravens: The Minnesota Vikings offense isn’t that bad, and against a Ravens defense that is currently struggling to stop opposing offenses, Forbath could find himself with a few opportunities to score. He will be cheap in DFS, which is what we all look for when selecting at this position for our lineups each week.
Tennessee Titans @ Cleveland Browns: The Tennessee Titans defense isn’t one of the better units in the league, but this matchup against the Browns is one to take advantage of. Kevin Hogan will be good for at least two interceptions, and add in a few sacks, you find yourself with a decent amount of points for next to nothing in price. Plug in this defense in both season long leagues and DFS for Week 7.
