Leonard Fournette, RB
When Fournette went down in Week 6, the Jaguars said he could have returned to the game, and he is expected to play today. After a week of missed practices, it isn’t looking like he will be active. Even if it is a mild injury, he does have a lengthy history of ankle/foot
problems. He needs multiple weeks to recover from this.
Mohamed Sanu, WR
Sanu is expected to return today, after a two-week absence due to a hamstring strain. He remains an Elevated Injury Risk due to the high recurrence rate of hamstring injuries.
Jameis Winston, QB
Winston left the Week 6 game with an AC sprain to his right, throwing shoulder. He is expected to play today but may not be as effective. Winston is back at a Low Injury Risk, although his Health Performance Factor is Below Average. That’s a sign that he won’t play near his best.
Sterling Shepard, WR
Shepard is set to return today after a one-game absence. The Optimal Recovery Time for his ankle sprain is three weeks, so it’s a week too early for him to return. He remains an Elevated Injury Risk. Allen will play today despite missing practice this week with a shoulder injury. With this latest injury, he moved from an Elevated Injury Risk to High Risk. He is a very risky Fantasy play today. Reaching for a pass, blocking, and taking big hits will all be painful, which will hurt his performance.
DeMarco Murray, RB
Murray’s hamstring strain has lingered for months, and it definitely is not an injury that he should be playing through. The Titans are expected to play him, but he will share snaps with Derrick Henry and will be at a High Risk of re-injury. It won’t take much for his day to
end early. He is a very risky Fantasy play.
Delanie Walker, TE
Walker was a surprise addition to the injury report after hurting his calf. He will suit up today but is a High Injury Risk. Calf injuries are tough to play through, so if this is anything more than a contusion then we may not see a great performance from him.
