It's been a banner day for cheating news in the NFL, so why not throw this clip of former NFL QB record-holder Fran Tarkenton going nuts on CNN, accusing every playoff team -- and then every NFL team -- of performance-enhancing drug use until he's cut off by an anchor? Because CNN is a place for news, not tabloid-esque rumor-mongering. Right? Right?
Tarkenton is a nine-time Pro Bowler and an member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. He'a also pretty worked up about the idea that NFL teams are getting away with PED use, while baseball stars like Barry Bonds and dudes who ride bikes up big mountains like Lance Armstrong did not. Here's the clip:
In any case, all you have to do is look at these guys to know they're juicing one way or another. Sorry Fran, but people don't care about that right now -- you gotta talk about deflated balls if you want to get some traction. Besides, if you ask us, HGH should be legal in the NFL anyway.
