Further Proof Skip Bayless Hates Happiness
Laughter. To most, it is the noise of joy. The sound of the soul acknowledging it is not alone in the universe. It is shared pleasure. To Skip Bayless, however, laughter is an affront to human dignity.
"During games, [Aaron Rodgers] gets too carried away, having too good a time." ICYMI: Aaron Rodgers smiles occasionally.
Reaching for hot takes is a defining characteristic of the show Skip works on, and it can be entertaining, but sometimes, we think he doesn't show enough emotional range. He gets carried away with that cold, lifeless, overly critical demeanor of his, and doesn't exhibit any relatable human traits that would otherwise make his presence more watchable. It's like he gets a little too full of himself and thinks he can make a cogent, logical argument against levity during a sporting event.
"Aaron can yuk it up with his receivers," Bayless said in a dour tone.
"He gets a little to full of himself."
