Grading The 4 Most Confusing ESPN Fantasy Football Projections For Week 7: Lacy, Welker, Flacco, And Spiller
Nothing feels better than being right when everyone else is totally wrong. Nothing. Well, maybe saving someone's life or getting stranded on an island with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleaders.
Alright, let's see how we did last week, shall we?
- Julius Thomas went for 8, despite our insistence that he would pop off against the lowly Jaguars (this game was chock full of fantasy surprises)
- Demarco Murray didn't end up with 18 points, instead he got a TD and a 29 yards before going out with (drumroll) a knee sprain. We didn't call the injury, though we did call that he's not the kind of back you project for Adrian Peterson-caliber 18 point outings
- Hakeem Nicks and Victor Cruz were both projected to go off for a combined 30 points against the Bears on Thursday, alas, they managed 13 (and now it's sounding like Nicks is going to get traded) -- we called this one
- The Broncos D/ST went for 5, even though we (and a lot of other people) thought they'd go off against the Jags
That brings our record to 14-9. Watch us as we try to kick Week 7's ass...
