Judge In Tom Brady Floppy Football Case Now Says Ruling Will Come ‘By End Of The Week’
So now Judge Richard Berman is saying that he'll make a decision on Deflategate by the end of the week, eschewing his "Tuesday or Wednesday" claim from Monday's hearing. And he's the judge, so he change that again if he wants. He may be doing this on purpose to punish both sides for not making an attempt at a settlement. And if he hates the press, he'll decide at 4:59 p.m. on Friday.

Let's get up to date on all the Tom Brady news as Tuesday ends without a ruling from Manhattan:
* Kurt Warner says Tom Brady's character is untarnished. In an article for The Sporting News, Warner writes:
For a bystander, it’s easy to say, "just stand up and fight." Standing up and fighting is easy. But standing up for your character by choosing not to attack another is hard.
So here we are, seven months after Deflategate started, and we've seen credibility attacks from both sides. But Brady has maintained his innocence without ever reaching down and grabbing mud to toss in the other direction.
* James Harrison sides with NFL.
