Katie Nolan Calls Out Cowboys Organization For Using Greg Hardy
Katie Nolan absolutely annihilated Dallas Cowboys defensive end Greg Hardy earlier this month, picking him apart for repeatedly demonstrating that he neither understands nor accepts society's expectations for reasonable adult behavior. He's basically a real-life version of the worst wrestling villain in history, minus the charm. And while it may sound relatively easy to rip Hardy to shreds given his track record of violence and ignorance, Nolan's expert-level takedown was widely considered the definitive exposé on the most-hated man in the NFL.
After Week 7's Cowboys-Giants matchup yielded yet another example proving Greg Hardy does not belong anywhere near NFL roster, Nolan went back for more on "Garbage Time" Wednesday night. This time around, however, the entire Cowboys organization was in her crosshairs. Jerry Jones (who called Hardy "a leader" after he shoved a coach), Charlotte Jones (the Cowboys' chief brand officer/Greg Hardy's female mascot) and Jason Garrett (also a Hardy apologist) -- Nolan made it clear that there's more to be mad about than just the loose ethical standards that brought a woman-beater to Dallas. The Cowboys are contributing to Greg Hardy's sordid life by justifying his behavior just to have a better pass rush. They're using a man with serious psychological and emotional issues.
"Greg Hardy is a leader because he doesn't like being lead," she said. "He needs help. Don't let Jerry Jones or Jason Garrett or anyone in the Cowboys organization fool you into thinking they support Greg Hardy -- they don't. They support sacks."
"They'll say and do whatever they can while he's in Dallas to get him to keep devastating offensive linemen, and when he's done doing that they'll shove him out the door a worse man than he was when he got there thanks to their years of enabling him...and then what?"
