Odell Beckham Jr.’s Three Best One-Handed Catches, Ranked
A staple programming device used in primetime NFL football broadcasts is the up-and-coming player profile. For the most part, it's just a way to fill the hour or so before kickoff. "Is this your dream come true? Has it been difficult to adjust? Money's great, right?" Last night was no different, with Bob Costas spending half-an-hour interviewing first-round pick Odell Beckham Jr. on his journey to the NFL -- and those signature one-handed pre-game catches they talk about during literally every Giants broadcast.
Then he actually did it in the game.
That's like interviewing Rasheed Wallace about those left handed half-court threes he used to take in warmups, and then watching him hit one with a man in his face during the second quarter.
So let's go back to this one-handed business. Is Odell Beckham Jr. really that good at making one-handed catches? It would appear so, as he has made two other absolutely mind boggling grabs in his rather short playing career (both at LSU).
