PHILLY: Where No Matter How Adorable They Look, They Still Be Trolling
November 22 / Tanya Ray Fox / SportsGrid
Listen up people. Not every sports fan in Philadelphia is a Santa-booing, rock throwing, friendly robot-killing maniac. Some of them are mild, passive-aggressive trollers hiding behind adorable glasses and a very aesthetically pleasing sign.
Oh Sam Bradford, you never stood a chance. It may be the Philadelphia Marathon and have absolutely nothing to do with football, but when has that ever stopped any true Philadelphian?
The oft-injured quarterback who has once again succumbed to his injuries (this time a concussion and left shoulder), forcing the Philadelphia Eagles to start Mark Sanchez, is definitely having a rough enough time as it is. His team is 4-5 and sitting at third place in the NFC East as of right now.
But being burned...at a marathon...IN RHINESTONES...by the ultimate girl-next-door and most likely the nicest person that lives in the greater Philadelphia area? Well that's just downright depressing.
A+ to this awesome marathon attendee though. The execution of the design and the implementation of the message at an event of extraordinary athletic achievement is completely on point. That is some expert trolling right there. Philly should be proud.
