REPORT: ESPN Has Reportedly Signed Rex Ryan to a Multi-Year TV Deal
One of football's biggest personalities has found a new home...and it's not in the NFL!
Rex Ryan was booted from the Buffalo Bills after he failed to take the team to the postseason for the second year in a row. Ryan's minimal success in recent years caused the suitors for his coaching expertise to be far and between this offseason.
But his boisterous personality did land the former Bills and Jets coach one suitor. ESPN has reportedly signed Ryan to a multi-year television deal.

Ryan experimented with TV when he appeared as an analyst on ESPN's "NFL Sunday Countdown" for Super Bowl LI. Now, the network looks to have signed him to a longer term deal for the same show.

Ryan's unorthodox style and big personality will translate well to television, especially with the giant hole left by Chris Berman's departure from the show.
Boy, is this ironic. Just when NFL fans thought they were finally rid of Ryan from the football limelight, they might be seeing his face now more than ever!
Let bygones be bygones, and give Rex a shot. Who knows? We may like him as an analyst.
