Stewart Follows Colbert In Trashing St. Louis Police Union For Rams’ Gesture Reaction
On Monday, Stephen Colbert laid into the St. Louis Police Union, or SLOPA, for overreacting to the five Rams players who raised their hands in a nondescript protest of something having to do with the Michael Brown shooting.
Solidarity with Browns' family?
Solidarity with the protestors seeking a reassessment of police procedures?
Solidarity with referees signaling field goals?
It wasn't clear what their exact message was -- but SLOPA apparently had seen enough, and demanded an apology or else they'd stop buying Rams apparel.
Jon Stewart no like.
