The Cardinals Are Ridiculously Good At Blocking Field Goal Attempts

The Arizona Cardinals blocked yet another field goal attempt in their Sunday afternoon game against the San Francisco 49ers, giving them 17 blocks since 2008 -- the most in the NFL over that span. Big ups to Tommy Kelly for getting his paws on this Phil Dawson kick:
But the best part about this league-leading 17th block was that the Cardinals only needed nine players to do it (remember: the usual number of dudes on the field is 11 per side). So, down two men, the Cardinals generated enough pressure to knock Dawson's kick off line. Though really, all you need is one guy to get enough lift, and Kelly did just that. Check this out, via FTW:
Impressive. The Cardinals are 3-0 -- something that can't be said for either of their supposed Super Bowl contending divisional brethren, the Seahawks and Niners.
