The Dolphins Wore Ugly Uniforms And Twitter…You Know Where This Is Going

Thursday Night Football blessed us...or perhaps cursed us?...with its weekly visit last night, with the Cincinnati Bengals notching five...count em, five!...field goals in a 22-7 victory of the Miami Dolphins.
In addition to mediocre football, this season's addition of TNF also brings us mediocre fashion sense, with each participating team succumbing to the NFL/Nike's "Color Rush" plot to sell more jerseys uniform scheme for their Thursday night exploits this season. We took the time to rank the trendy jerseys earlier this month, and last night we got to see the Bengals' and Dolphins' unis in action.
To be fair, the Bengals' set was pretty classy, an all white jersey providing a solid look in victory. Miami's on the other hand...well...
Fulfilling the purpose it was obviously intended for, the relentless trashing of sports jerseys in 140 characters or less, Twitter was quick on the case of Miami's garish jerseys.
Some equated Miami's uniforms with their favorite gameday snacks...
With the loss, the Dolphins dropped to 1-3 on the young season. However, there's still no telling just how many losses, not just on the field, but throughout social media that they picked up last night.
