Tom Coughlin Issues Resignation As Head Coach Of The New York Giants
After winning 102 regular season games and two improbable Super Bowls over the course of 12 seasons, Tom Coughlin is no longer head football coach of the New York Giants. :(
At nearly 70 years old, it's hard to say whether Coughlin will pursue another NFL gig, but that's not to say teams won't be calling to inquire about his interest. As it currently stands, the Philadelphia Eagles, San Francisco 49ers, Tennessee Titans, Cleveland Browns, Miami Dolphins and (probably) the Indianapolis Colts will have vacancies this offseason. Are any of those jobs enticing enough to persuade Coughlin to postpone his retirement? We'll see, but chances are he's done for good.
As for his successor...
NYG COACHING RUMORS:
Cowboys fans worst nightmare for 2016 ... Sean Payton is "traded" to New York, becomes the new coach of the Giants.

College coaches I think would be most likely to end up in NFL: Brian Kelly (if Giants open and are interested), Jim Mora (maybe LA Chargers)
