While the crowd could have easily been mistaken for protesting the 0-10 Cleveland Browns' status as a legitimate NFL team, the gathering was really objecting the election of Republican candidate Donald Trump to the presidency.
Trump's improbable victory on Tuesday shocked the world and incited a string of protests throughout the United States in the following days. According to CBS Sports, the Baltimore demonstration began in the streets and made its way to the gates of the Ravens' stadium, blocking fans from entering.

Protestors' chants included, "No hate, no fear, immigrants are welcome here."

The crowd also roared with calls of "We reject, the President-Elect."

While the Ravens (5-4) massacred the Browns 28-7, the protest barreling on just outside the stadium walls certainly took some of the spotlight off Baltimore's key divisional win and placed it back on the national conversation surrounding President-Elect Trump.
