It's just a few hours to game time, and Cleveland is all bothered and excited over Johnny Manziel, who will start against the Bengals. Of course they're their hearts are still fluttering over LeBron's return, even though the Cavs are off to a less than super start.
Speaking of Cleveland, though, this was Daniel Tosh's assessment if the city during his show at Lake Tahoe on Friday:
