Here’s A Nice Video Of A Drunk Belgian Soccer Player Crashing His Car Into A Convenience Store
25-year-old Belgian international midfielder Jonathan Legear will be charged with involuntary assault and "possibly intoxication" after driving his Porsche through a convenience store. No one was killed, thankfully, but Legear's little detour through the potato chip aisle caused one customer (who can be seen at the end of this video getting hit by a car) some minor injuries.
Legear caused $325,000 in damage, may have to go to jail, and will be "banned from driving for two weeks." A court spokesman in Brussels said that there is nothing preventing Legear from rejoining his club, though, "as long as he does not drive there himself." +2 points for sass, Mr. Belgian court spokesman.
