Watch French And Dutch Soccer Hooligans Brawl In The Woods To Settle 10-Year-Old Grudge
Not all soccer hooligan fights are crimes of passion: sometimes you get your mates together for a nice walk in the woods to meet another gang which you've scheduled for a brawl.
That was the case with Nancy and Feyenoord supporters this past weekend. The two groups have had bad blood between them since a UEFA Cup match in 2006 -- yes, 10 years ago. So instead of facing police and club bans when their teams play, they agreed to meet at a neural spot and just pound each other.
Feyenoord, the Dutch side, were thrown out of competition due to brawling in 2006. Nancy (French) were joined by Strasbourg hooligans for a revenge fight in the Rotterdam woods.
Note the flying kick by the guy in black in the screenshot above. When he landed he was set upon by two whiteshirts who kicked him about 10 times.
