You are then coaxed into playing a slot without having a chance to review the lobby. This might be helpful for new players, but it isn’t ideal for those who just want to get right into the action. Games take a little while to load, but streams are stable for the most part.

As already mentioned in my Slotomania review, the desktop site is pretty busy. Naturally, the same is true of its mobile site. Unlike many of the best sweepstakes casinos in March, Slotomania does have its own mobile apps. These can be downloaded by clicking on the links on the site or by heading to respective app stores.

For me, the mobile experience is no better than the desktop alternative, though. You’ll still find that things are slow to load, and everything just feels a little too outdated. Once selected, you’ll be redirected to enter your payment details and submit. Again, no verification checks are required.

You’ll also find that Slotomania does not offer you the chance to redeem any Coins for prizes. This is a strictly play-for-fun social casino.

Although real money doesn’t have to cross paths, issues can still arise. Over at Slotomania, I discovered that the site didn’t have a dedicated live chat option, but you could soon filter through some FAQs and submit a ticket.

The FAQs have a few clear and concise answers to some basic questions; however, it doesn’t cover some of the basics, including how Gems work. You can enter your concerns into the search bar or click on the available questions. If you still find answers unresolved, you can also submit a ticket on-site. Unfortunately, when using the app, things aren’t so simple. You’ll actually be redirected out of the app to perform the task. This isn’t the end of the wall, but it does make the whole process much lengthier than it needs to be.

It isn’t so much that Slotomania isn’t legit, as it is too confusing to fully get to grips with. Each spin, purchase, and play accumulates points that allow you to unlock additional casino-style games and more along the way. For me, the concept is good, but the execution leaves much to be desired. I found you are left waiting a long time before a sufficient amount of social gaming titles are available to you.
