Pennsylvania Ballet Fires Back At Stupid Eagles Fan, Wins Internet
Eagles fans can be notoriously negative -- a result of never having won a Super Bowl, or an NFL championship since Eisenhower was president. But one of their ruffled number was totally owned by the Pennsylvania Ballet, which is based in Philly, recently. That's like Santa Claus catching one of their snowballs in midair and firing it back, hitting the thrower right in the puss.
So an Eagles fan recently commented on Facebook (bad idea in general) that the Eagles were "playing like they were wearing tutus." The Ballet responded in glorious fashion. They noted that ballet members play hurt, have few or no backups, can play multiple positions, and are still lauded and praised by the media. But this is my favorite part:
"So no, the Eagles have not played like they were wearing tutus. If they had, Chip Kelly would still be a head coach and we'd all be looking forward to the playoffs."
