STACK DODGERS HITTERS AGAINST A STIFF TONIGHT
Tonight we will be playing at www.Draftkings.com to try taking down the non-RotoExperts community.
P: Bartolo Colon is getting no respect from the folks over at www.Draftkings.com. Colon is dominating Major League Baseball since coming off the disabled list on August 29. Colon has an ERA of .090 since that point in the season. The $7,000 salary is way too low in a pitcher’s ballpark against the Mariners batting order. The Royals are ranked 24th in Major League Baseball against left-handed pitching, so pay the money for Chris Sale.
P: Steve Vogt against Felix Hernandez is a bad matchup, but you can use any $2,000 catcher. We are punting this position to load up elsewhere.
1B: Colin McHugh has been terrible for his entire career and Adrian Gonzalez handles right-handed pitching well, batting .302 with a .470 slugging percentage.
2B: Mark Ellis is only $3.900 tonight at www.Draftkings.com. We’re looking for the Dodgers to put up a nice crooked number this evening.
3B: Ryan Zimmerman will take advantage of Patrick Corbin, who has reached a career high in innings pitched and it shows. Over his last six innings pitched he has allowed 10 earned runs. Zimmerman has an impressive .486 slugging percentage vs. left-handed pitching.
SS: Hanley Ramirez is facing a stiff tonight, the night he validates my National League MVP vote.
OF Will Venable batting leadoff vs. Ryan Vogelsong has me excited. Jayson Werth has .604 slugging percentage against left-handed pitching, which should set him up nicely against a tired Patrick Corbin. Ryan Raburn is a left-handed specialist up against a poor left-handed pitcher tonight.
