Luis Suarez Not Biting Opponents Anymore: Now Just Grabbing Their Cajones
Luis Suarez made his debut for Barcelona on Saturday -- having just finished serving his fourth-month ban for biting an opponent during the World Cup. (I've just finished serving a similar ban for the same offense here at SportsGrid). Barcelona lost to Real Madrid 3-1, but Suarez didn't disappoint, as seen above.
As part of his punishment for biting, Suarez is receiving psychological counseling, and it seems to be working. He's now just grabbing opponents' cajones, which is a significant improvement.
However, he has apparently showed that his tactile nature is still very much an overriding virtue, as he reached out to grab Sergio Ramos' groin while contesting a ball during Saturday night's encounter.
Ramos obviously felt it, but did his new counterpart a favour by not complaining to the referee and just getting on with the game.
But Suarez will need to keep his behaviour in check, as there will be more eyes on him than ever now.
