Odell Beckham Jr. Joyfully Clears Invisible Hurdles In Touchdown Celebration
Odell Beckham Jr. has a well deserved reputation for being one of the most exciting, dynamic and talented wide receivers in the NFL right now. He has hauled in more than a few otherwise uncatchable passes by somehow mastering the art of the nearly impossible one-handed catch; which is now officially his signature move.
From now on, catching a pass one-handed will be known as "Odell Beckham Jr-ing." That's pretty much in the bag, so perhaps his newly minted touchdown celebration is just his attempt at finding new ways to excite NFL fans everywhere.
Well, that was friggen adorable.
I have no idea what he envisioned himself hurdling, but Beckham Jr. has my full support to celebrate his touchdowns that way until the end of time. He looks like a little kid just playing ball in his back yard. It's joyful and merry; a perfect football celebration for the holiday season.
I do wonder what invisible, mental obstacles was he jumping over though. Here are my top three guesses:
1. The extreme limitations of the Giant's defense.
2. Sadness over having to play in the NFC East.
3. Nightmares he has about Tom Coughlin's red, chap... WAIT. HOLD ON.
This legitimately just happened:
He just Odell Beckham Jr-ed that so hard.
