Watch Zach Johnson Hole Out On No. 18, Flip Club, Chest-Bump Caddy

Zach Johnson beat Tiger Woods on the first sudden death playoff hole, sinking an amazing approach shot on 18 to force the playoff and then take the World Challenge. Even better than Woods’ reaction to the shot (see below) was Johnson’s club flip, al la Manny Ramirez. Here’s a good look at it.

Woods led by four strokes after the 10th hole, but Johnson caught and passed him him on the final 9, beating Woods by five.

The hole out didn’t beat Woods. It was for par. Woods still parred the hole. They went to sudden death. Woods missed a 5 footer. What a brutal recap and misleading headline and tweet.

  • Andrew

Such an inaccurate and terrible article.

Geez, it’s like this is a sports humor blog and not a real news… oh, wait.
