Terrible Human Being Catches Foul Ball While On Cell Phone

Oh, God. You know what guy, it would’ve been cool if you had put down the phone and been a little humble about the really cool thing you just did. If you had been excited about the catch, instead of continuing the conversation you were having on your cell phone, we could all enjoy in the awesome moment you just had in front of America. But no, you had to be a dick about. Yes, yes, we see the ball, you don’t need to hold it up. Okay. Yep, that will be all. Thank you.

Why do think I am a terrible human being. I was taught to not be surprised when you make a play. I was talking to my wife just prior to the foul ball and was telling her about what happenned after the catch. I never take my eyes off the action on the field. I was surprised by all the hubub and only held up the ball at the request of my friend. I ws trying to be humble, I apologize if I came off as a “dick”. That was not my intention. I would not worry about what some dick reporter is writing. I’m sure he could have caught the ball with his big mouth
