“You Know, No One’s Made Fun Of Me In A While,” LeBron James Thought To Himself Right Before This Photo Was Taken

During today’s Heat-Bulls game, much was made of the fact that LeBron James, due to Miami Marathon-related traffic, rode his bike to the arena. And in the above photo by Jack Balayla, you can see LeBron doing just that. And it seemed to work out fine for him: though he missed two key free throws late, he fin ished with 35 points, 11 rebounds, and five assists…and the Heat pulled out a 97-93 win. We wouldn’t count on him making a habit out of this, but nice to see the league’s biggest star isn’t above using this decidedly unglamorous mode of transportation. Oh, and that helmet: excellent for covering up pesky receding hairlines.
