Yes, yes it is. That would be rapper Ludicrous on Halloween, perfecting a scary good rendition of Anthony Davis. The likeness is there already, so the unibrow and jersey only heighten the resemblance. For reference, here ya go:

Not sure what’s up with the creepy wide-eyes shot on the left, but we’ll let that one go. Because who doesn’t want to look at a Ludacris unibrow up close and personal?
