Because We Know This Will Make You Love Him Even More, Here’s A Photo Of Tony Romo Rooting For Duke
The only thing that could make this photo better would be if Romo were also wearing a Yankees cap and a Nickelback windbreaker. The Cowboys QB was with coach Jason Garrett in the Cameron Crazies section at the Duke-North Carolina game on Saturday, with Romo showing his Eastern Illinois University pride through and through.
Romo is coming off of back surgery and was in town for workouts.
Romo and Garrett were on Tobacco Road because they’ve been in town working with Duke football coach David Cutcliffe, according to Raleigh, N.C., TV station WRAL. Cutcliffe oversaw Peyton Manning’s workouts during his rehab from neck surgery two years ago — Cutcliffe was his offensive coordinator at Tennessee and was Eli Manning’s head coach Ole Miss.
And as you can see, they’re the most dedicated Duke fans ever.
