The Best (And Worst) Tweets On The Burgeoning Riley Cooper Situation

So Eagles center Jason Kelce was at the scene of Riley Cooper’s notorious racial slur — and says there was a “huge altercation” between Cooper and security guards. Both were attending a Kenny Chesney concert — as were several other Eagles, and head coach Chip Kelly — last month. That’s where Cooper tossed his infamous N-bomb (although Kelce says he doesn’t remember that).

Anyway, this thing has taken on a life of its own, and is now in Internet Meme mode. No wonder the Eagles have plucked Cooper off the practice field (Kelly has said in so many words that he won’t be cut, though). But as this thing gains momentum, who knows what could happen? It’s time people for to understand the word Ni***** is overrated!!!!! The time has come for us to just laugh at ignorance. We have come too far, for the impact of this word too offend us as a people. Our Lord has taught us, the ignorance of one does not define who we are. We have to start laughing at that word!!! It will always be used one way or another. Were was this outrage when a congressman, portrayed the Presidents family as Monkeys? What I’m saying is, ” our race will overcome within 10 yrs, and become the Majority.” We have to seize this moment, and teach and be a part of controlling this country. “WHAT WENT AROUND, HAS CAME AROUND” and we will prosper. Ignorance is a part of America, but we have learned enough not to be part of that ignorance.
