Towards the end of 2024 there was a flourish of new social casinos released and JackpotRabbit was one that caught my attention with its snappy site design and hefty welcome bonus.
I’ve created a JackpotRabbit review where I’ve delved into the core features that make this site tick. This includes its usability, support, and mobile accessibility, plus a deep dive into the actual gaming experience it offers. If you want a new site to try, read on to see if this is one I recommend!
I’ve been around the block when it comes to social casinos and a recurring feature they all have is a welcome bonus. JackpotRabbit does this too and when you sign up here you get 175,000 Game Coins and 3 Super Coins. This is one of the top signup bonuses available as the average I’ve found is around 7,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins.
To get your initial chunk of free virtual currencies you have to complete the registration process and create an account. This shouldn’t take you long as the signup form is easy to complete and you can use your Google, Facebook, or Apple ID to get started. You’ll have to verify your ID at some point too if you want to purchase Game Coin packages or make Super Coins redemptions.
To be clear, Game Coins and Super Coins are effectively the same as Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins at other social casinos – JackpotRabbit has just called them differently. We’ve got a full JackpotRabbit bonus review that details the other promos, but I’ll at least give you a summary of what you can expect:
I like the design and style of the JackpotRabbit website. It’s got a simple and understated theme and doesn’t rely on flashy graphics. Instead, you’ve got clear spacing between the different elements, and the white header text stands out perfectly against the darker backgrounds, giving the site superb readability.
There is a neat pop-out menu on the right hand side with links to the game lobby, tournaments, promotions, and your piggy bank. You can also access the support here. I like this main navigation design as it means you can access all the main features of the casino from one location and within a few clicks.
When you open the main game lobby there’s a horizontal bar with the different categories such as popular, hot, fishing, and jackpots. I think this makes navigating through the game library easy and this is complemented by a search bar too. I tried out a heap of the slots and instant games on Opera on my desktop computer and the loading times were OK. You can make the games full screen to improve your experience and I always had a pleasant gaming experience at JackpotRabbit.
I checked Google for a JackpotRabbit mobile app and couldn’t find anything. The social casino doesn’t mention an app either and this is a common trend for sweepstakes sites. So, I loaded up JackpotRabbit on my smartphone browser and found a mobile-responsive layout that essentially shrunk to fit on the smaller screen.
I’m more than happy to use a mobile browser version of a social casino and the JackpotRabbit one was a pleasure to use. I actually think that the layout was slightly better on the mobile version than it was on my desktop monitor as the navigation and game thumbnails felt better-organized.
You can still quickly manage your account, view your coin balance, purchase Game Coins, and browse the game library on your smartphone. I tested the arcade games and slots on my phone too – the loading times were a little slower than my desktop computer, but the gaming experience was fine. Most of the games were playable in landscape mode too, although some were stuck in portrait mode and thus had a smaller resolution which strained my eyes a little.
Overall though, the mobile experience for JackpotRabbit sweepstakes casino was above average despite the lack of a JackpotRabbit app.
When people ask, is JackpotRabbit real money, the answer is no. Deposits aren’t a thing here and you can only use the virtual currencies for gameplay. That being said, Game Coin packages can be purchased and most of these include free Super Coins. When I tried to purchase a Game Coin package, the payment methods I saw included MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, and ACH Bank Transfer. I would like to have seen e-wallets like PayPal, but Visa was fine.
Super Coins can also be redeemed for cash prizes and the only method I saw for this process was Online Banking. Just be aware that you might be able to see additional methods to me. You need a minimum balance of 100 SC, and any bonus SC like the ones from the welcome bonus have a 1x playthrough requirement. The average redemption processing time from my experience was between 3-10 working days.
I was pleased to see a live chat support option when creating this JackpotRabbit sweepstakes casino review. This is my preferred support method and you can access it simply by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the site, or from the right-hand pop-out menu.
This is the more modern style of live chat where you start by interacting with an AI assistant. It asks you a few questions to direct your support query and will try to help resolve your issue first. If unsuccessful, you can get connected to a support rep – just be persistent! When I got through to speak to a support rep they were quick to reply and helped me with my queries about the refer-a-friend scheme.
Alternatively you can send an email to support@jackpotrabbit.com, or browse through the three sections at the bottom of the site entitled “About JackpotRabbit”, “How To Play”, and “Additional Information”. The site is lacking a general help center or FAQs though which I think needs improving.

Yes! JackpotRabbit complies with US sweepstakes regulations for the 45 states it is legal in. It achieves this by not allowing real money deposits or gameplay, always giving customers free Game Coins and Super Coins, and requiring no purchase necessary to enjoy the games. In terms of legality, you can’t sign up to this operator if you live in Washington, Idaho, Wyoming, Michigan, or Nevada.
For my JackpotRabbit review I look at the security setup too. SSL encryption is used which is the bare minimum I expect, and at the time of compiling this article, there was an in-date SSL certificate. You can also read the privacy policy and general terms and conditions to see how your data is collected and used, and your rights when using this site.
I couldn’t find any info about a VIP club so I’m hoping this feature will be added in the future. That doesn’t mean that existing customers aren’t taken care of though. I found a range of other features that existing customers can benefit from, including:
Yes. This operator abides by US sweepstakes regulations by giving you free virtual currencies and requiring no purchase necessary to play the 500+ casino-style games.
You must be over 18, a US resident, and NOT live in Washington, Idaho, Wyoming, Michigan, or Nevada.
When you sign up to this social casino and verify your ID you’ll get 175,000 Gold Coins and 3 Sweeps Coins for your welcome bonus.
After finishing this JackpotRabbit review I collected my thoughts. My overall consensus is that this social casino has great promise and despite being one of the newer operators, it already has a heap to offer. You get multiple ways to get free Game Coins and Super Coins which then means you can enjoy the 500+ games easily. This is complemented by a clean and simple website design, logical game categories, and an intuitive mobile browser site.
If you register here today, I think that you will have a blast – I recommend checking out the arcade games first as you’ve got some awesome titles like Plinko XY and Caishen Smash, but the fishing games like Thunder Fishing are also great fun!
I found 500+ games at JackpotRabbit which is OK but not the largest collection. Still, you can enjoy slots, fishing games, table games, jackpots, and arcade games. These are provided by top developers like BGaming, Slotmill, Betsoft, and Booming Games.
My favorite games here were the fishing games and arcade titles. I had a blast playing Galaxy Fishing and Thunder Fishing as they have more of an arcade shooter-style feel compared to classic slots. The instant-win arcade games are also awesome, especially Might Crash and the various Plinko games.
You’ve got plenty of epic slots too and some memorable titles I had decent bonus games with include Sweet Spotz, Tyrant’s Fall, Golden Scrolls, and City Dawgs Hold and Win.
Like other sweepstakes casinos, JackpotRabbit uses two virtual currencies instead of real money transactions. Where other social casinos have Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, this operator has Game Coins and Super Coins which have the following usage:
I was highly impressed with my experience at this social casino and I hope that comes through in my JackpotRabbit review. The game library is already jam-packed and will give you solid entertainment value, and this is made easier by the usability of the site and the ways you can get free GC and SC.
