Jokio gives you up to $100 Credit Back on your first wagers and this is what drew me to the site. Aside from this Jokio bonus, I found loads of other promotions too.
I was able to give out my Jokio referral link, adding up to $100 in Bonus Credits as friends signed up and fulfilled the eligibility requirements, and there’s even potential to receive some weekly Bonus Credits too. I’ll explain all of these things in this guide, along with a rundown on the Jokio experience.
Now, before getting into the Jokio games bonus and other features, I had to learn how the site works. It’s not your average gaming site! Jokio lets you buy game credits which are linked to the results of actual real-world horse races. You then use your credits for game reveals to see whether you won or lost. I know this may be a little confusing, but it’s a simple 4-step process:
So, to be clear – you won’t actually be playing the games – they’re simply a mechanic used to reveal the underlying horse racing results from your deposit. Any winnings can then be converted back into USD in your Jokio cash wallet, after which they can be withdrawn.
To get the Jokio games bonus I first had to create an account. I found this process especially easy and was able to get going within just a couple of minutes by following these steps:
Follow the link on the banners on this page to go straight to Jokio.
Click the Join Now button.
Enter an email and password or use your Google account details.
Read and accept the Terms of Service.
Opt in to the Jokio game bonus.
Log in to your account.
I like that there’s the chance to opt into the bonus during the signup process with an explanation about the terms and conditions too, so make sure you read it carefully. With your account created, it’s then a case of depositing at least $10 into your USD cash wallet, and then buying a Credit package.
The welcome bonus at Jokio basically gives you up to $100 back in Bonus Credits if you are down after your first 24 hours. Here’s how it works:
In my case, I started with a $20 deposit which I used to buy a $20 Credit package. I had some fun with the game reveals, but I ended up being down by $5 within my first 24 hours on the site. Sure enough, within 72 hours I found that $5 in Bonus Credits had been added to my credit balance!
Note that Bonus Credits are different from normal Credits at Jokio. When you reveal using Bonus Credits, anything you win goes directly into your USD cash wallet as withdrawable cash, but the original Bonus Credits themselves are then removed from your account.
I think this is a stellar welcome bonus which triggers a type of rakeback bonus from your initial Credit purchases and reveals.
The Jokio bonus for new customers was just the first thing I got. After that, I checked out the Credit bundles and games, and found some other promotional features including a referral program, and weekly rewards.
During the course of my Jokio review I also saw a referral program where you can help yourself to some additional Credits. Simply pass on your exclusive referral link and you’ll receive Credits as your friend fulfills the following criteria:
This is pretty good! It means that there is potentially $100 in Jokio Credits available from each successful referee. To get your Jokio referral link, you just have to log in to your account, copy the link from the referral screen, and then give it to your friends. They then have to sign up using your referral link, complete the KYC check, and make Credit purchases.
I love a good gamification feature, and Jokio has this in the form of daily challenges. From what I could see, the challenges are random for each player. But, you have to do different things like playing specific games or using a minimum number of Credits.
You can see the different challenges when you login to your account, and details like what you need to do, and how many Bonus Credits you get are stated. It’s also a progressive system, so you won’t see the next challenge until you have completed your current active one.
I did a few of them, and it gave me a sense of progression and something to work towards.
Jokio also boasts a cool weekly rewards feature every Monday based on the previous week of activity.
The max you can get is $100 in Bonus Credits. Now, I didn’t see any clear instructions on how the Bonus Credits are rewarded – it does seem a little random. But, I assume that it’s based on your Credit purchases during the week, so the more you purchase, the bigger weekly reward you might get. It’s essentially another type of rakeback Jokio bonus.
I liked that you don’t need to manually collect your reward either. Every Monday, the rewards are calculated and then credited to eligible recipient’s accounts.
Bonuses aside, during my time using the site, I found three useful tips that helped me:
Bonus Credits cannot be redeemed into your Jokio cash wallet as soon as you get them. Any Bonus Credits you get, no matter what Jokio games bonus they come from, there is a 1x playthrough requirement. This means that you have to use your Bonus Credits to make game reveals with. Then, any winnings you get from those reveals, will be put straight into your Cash Wallet and can then be redeemed.
While the signup process is easy, I also had to do a full KYC check before I could use all features Jokio offered. It’s like any other site – you have to provide ID docs and take a live selfie for likeness verification. I did this and the process only took me a few minutes. I got approved straight away, but just be aware that there could be up to a 24 hour delay.
I also found a dedicated responsible gaming center at Jokio which I thought was superb. It shows their commitment to protecting their customers, plus gives you some simple advice on staying safe. For example, there’s a section related to spotting the signs of a problem.
Actual player controls I was able to use at Jokio included:
It was easy enough to use these tools if I wanted to, and I actually set a weekly deposit limit as this is always something I do when signing up to a gaming site such as Jokio.
I’ll continue using Jokio and exploring its games, and a big portion of that was due to the Jokio game bonus that I got when signing up. I like the creditback feature – it means you can effectively get a second chance, and I view it as a type of mini rakeback bonus for your initial Credit purchases and game reveals.
The other features that Jokio has like the referral scheme, daily challenges, and weekly rewards also seem to have great potential. They gave me more things to do, and more potential ways to get Bonus Credits. If you want to try it out for yourself then I’ve placed a handful of Jokio banners throughout this page – just click any of them and get signed up today!
No. The games are just a graphical representation to give you some entertainment at Jokio. You’re actually just revealing the results of your Credit purchases and the horse racing result they were tied to, but in a fancy gamified manner.
No. When you buy Credits using your Jokio cash wallet balance, your credits are automatically assigned to a live horse race. You don’t get to choose. Instead, you simply use the different games they offer to reveal the results.
Currently, Jokio is only available to US residents who are over 21. Additionally, while making this Jokio game bonus guide, I found that it is available in these states only – Alabama, Florida, Kansas, Louisiana, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin.
