From my experience, Jolly Sweeps was really easy to use, and I don’t think you’ll get stuck. BUT, if you do, there is a robust customer support setup featuring a live chat, email support, and a detailed FAQ section.
From what I can see, the live chat is up 24/7, and they claim an average response time of within 2 minutes. To be fair, I tested this on four different occasions, and each time, I did indeed get to speak to someone within that timeframe which was impressive. The quality of support received was also excellent.
Alternatively, if you prefer to get your own help, the FAQ section is pretty useful – it explains basic things like accepted payment methods, how the virtual currencies work, and the SC redemption process.

During my initial scan, I saw that they use SSL encryption, and this was verified via an SSL certificate from Amazon. There is also a strict geoblocker which prevents customers from outside the US even accessing the site. Building on that, once you’ve signed up, you’ll be required to do SMS verification before you can unlock all of the site’s features.
Aside from these security measures, I noticed that Jolly Sweeps has a solid responsible social gaming section complete with tools you can use, plus all the other documents like sweepstakes rules, terms of service, and a privacy policy.
After my first scan of the site, I wanted to get straight into the games lobby to see if there were any games I would enjoy, and oh yes there was! Overall, I highly rate the Jolly Sweeps game library, and although there’s room for further improvements, I was incredibly impressed with their slot and live dealer collection.

Many sweepstakes casinos play it safe when it comes to their site design, and this is what I found with my Zonko review, However, Jolly Sweeps goes all in on its Wild West theme and I loved the different elements like the scrolling pixelated video reel in the website footer, the old-timey language used, and how the different parts of the site play into the theme such as the Saloon Specials – it’s just fun!
On top of that though, I do not think that they have sacrificed usability for the sake of the Wild West gimmick – the website has a logical layout, and you can access most of the features with a single click from the left-hand menu. Additionally, I love how they have organized the game library, and that you can select games from different developers.
This desktop website will convert into a mobile-responsive browser version when you use it on your smartphone too, and at the time I created this Jolly Sweeps review, there wasn’t a mobile app. I tested this version using Chrome on an Android phone, and it worked great – every game I played ran smoothly and didn’t eat up my phone’s battery power.

As far as new sweepstakes casinos go, Jolly Sweeps is easily one of the best I’ve tried. It’s basically got everything I want from a social casino right out of the gate, and it was difficult to find any negatives with their offerings. The minor criticisms I have are the lack of a mobile app, and the absence of any arcade games.
However, I can live without these things, and think that the awesome live dealer games and slots, plus the fun Wild West theme of the site more than make up for them.
