As a sweepstakes casino that follows the no-purchase-necessary model, SpinQuest uses virtual currencies to power gameplay. So if you’re looking for SpinQuest Casino real money, it doesn’t exist. There’s no real money play and you can’t win real cash either.
Once you join the platform, you’ll get 2 different virtual currencies: Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC). As you play with them, you can’t directly redeem virtual currencies. Instead, you can only redeem eligible SC for real prizes. In this guide, we’ll cover how virtual currencies work and different ways to get more.
The table below shows an overview of SpinQuest’s key details:
| Platform model | Sweepstakes Casino |
| Virtual currencies | Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC) |
| No purchase welcome bonus | 110,000 Gold Coins and 3 SC FREE |
| Availability | Available in the United States and Canada except California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, and Washington for the US and the Province of Quebec for Canada |
| Age requirement | At least 18 years old |
Virtual currencies work similarly to how credits function in traditional casinos. When you play games, your virtual currency balance increases if the round is successful and decreases if not. The main difference, however, is that you can get them for free. SpinQuest uses two types: Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC). Here’s a breakdown of how each works:
Gold Coins are SpinQuest’s regular play currency and have no monetary value. You can’t use them to redeem real prizes but can only play casino-style games with them. After registering, you’ll receive GC as part of your welcome offer. Aside from that, you can get more from daily bonuses, promotional giveaways, referral bonuses, and optional GC purchases.
Sweeps Coins are for promotional play. In this play mode, you can collect more Sweeps Coins and redeem them for real prizes once you meet the eligibility requirements. The different ways of getting SC on SpinQuest include the daily bonus, promotional giveaways, mail-in request, and referral bonus. Note that you can’t directly purchase SC on SpinQuest but you can get them as bonuses from optional Gold Coins purchases.
When you join SpinQuest, you get your first set of GC and SC automatically through the welcome bonus. The rest depends on how active you are on the platform. In this section, we’ll walk you through the entire process, starting from signing up to claiming your first offer and other promotions:

SpinQuest organizes contests on its social media handles. Follow on Facebook, X and Instagram to receive timely notifications on these contests. You’ll see the amount of GC and SC you can receive from each post.
Send a handwritten request to the SpinQuest address to receive 5 SC. The postcard for the request must be at least 4” x 6” in size, unfolded, and placed inside a stamped envelope. Note that you can only send one postcard per outer envelope.
SpinQuest has a referral program that rewards you for inviting your friends to join the site. The program is commission-based, and you’ll receive SC based on the gaming activities of your eligible referrals. Check our guide on SpinQuest referral code to learn how to maximize the program.
Beyond basic gameplay, GC and SC don’t work like real money. What this means is that you can’t withdraw these virtual currencies from your account balance directly. You can only redeem eligible SC collected through promotional play for real prizes. Check our guide on SpinQuest redemption for the requirements you need to meet and a breakdown of the redemption process.
As is standard with US sweepstakes casinos, there’s no SpinQuest Casino real money gameplay. Instead, the platform uses a dual-currency system that lets players access a wide range of casino-style games for free. You play for fun with Gold Coins or play for prizes with Sweeps Coins.
Once you meet the playthrough requirements and minimum redemption, you can redeem your eligible SC for real prizes. If you want to play casino-style games without the pressure of compulsorily spending money, click on the link on this page to sign up on SpinQuest today.
