New to SpinQuest? Well, one of the things you need to know when it comes to playing on this website is how to redeem Sweeps Coins for real prizes. Knowing the requirements and process can help make a request smoothly.
The good news is we’ve put together a comprehensive SpinQuest redemption guide, explaining everything you need to know. We’ll take you through how to place a redemption request, Terms and Conditions you have to fulfill before redeeming your SC, the available SC prize redemption methods, the average Sweeps Coins redemption period, and SC bonus offers on this site.
To fully get the hang of how to redeem Sweeps Coins at SpinQuest, we’ll have to go back to square one and take you through how SpinQuest works.
Now, as you may already know, this is a sweeps brand. Unlike regular online casinos, sweepstakes casinos don’t support the use of real money, be it for playing games or withdrawing it as winnings. Instead, these websites, including SpinQuest, use virtual currencies known as Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC) that are used to play games. It is actually this feature that has made these operators available in most of the US, even in states where online casino gaming has been restricted. While we’re still here, what states is SpinQuest legal in? This sweeps casino is currently available in 38 states across the US.
Let’s go over how these virtual currencies work at SpinQuest.
Gold Coins are the main currency used to play casino-style games for fun. Now, SpinQuest mostly provides players with GC via bonus offers. But, should you desire to have more Gold Coins, this website also has GC packages that you can purchase. But this is completely optional.
Sweeps Coins are the other virtual currency meant for playing games at SpinQuest. Unlike Gold Coins which can be purchased, Sweeps Coins are completely free on this website. You’ll mostly get free SC here through bonuses. Also, when you purchase a Gold Coin bundle at this sweeps site, you’ll receive some bonus Sweeps Coins as part of the package.
On top of being used to play games, Sweeps Coins can also be redeemed for real prizes at SpinQuest.
We’ve gone through the basics and established that Gold Coins are meant for playing games for fun only while Sweeps Coins are used to play games and can be redeemed for SpinQuest casino real-money prizes. So, how does one redeem their SC here? Let’s take a look:
Log into your SpinQuest account (if you haven’t created an account yet, just click on the link on the banners on our page to sign up)
Head to the “Redeem” section
You’ll be required to complete the KYC verification process. This entails providing your identification details such as your ID, take a live selfie photo of yourself, and a document that shows proof of the address you indicated during sign-up
Once you successfully complete this procedure, it’s time to make an SC redemption request. Proceed to enter the amount of SC you’d like to redeem
Then, pick the SC redemption method of your choice
Next, enter your payment method details (make sure to confirm your information before you continue)
Finally, send in your redemption request and wait for your prize
At SpinQuest, you can’t redeem Sweeps Coins once you receive them. There are terms and conditions that you first have to meet beforehand. Let’s take a closer look at each of them, shall we?
Sweepstakes casinos like SpinQuest have playthrough requirements that you must fulfill before making an SC redemption request. Now, with the other sweeps sites that we’ve played at, the SC playthrough requirement is usually uniform across all the SC obtained on their websites. SpinQuest has done things quite differently, setting different playthrough requirements depending on how you got your Sweeps Coins.
So for the Sweeps Coins you obtain as part of the Gold Coin packages you purchase on this website, you’ll have to fulfill a 1x playthrough requirement, meaning you’ll play with these SC at least once. On the other hand, Sweeps Coins received via bonus offers have a 3x playthrough requirement.
These requirements can also apply to Sweeps Coins accumulated through gameplay, so it’s worth checking the specific terms attached to your SC before requesting a redemption.
This brand also requires you to have accumulated at least 50 Sweeps Coins. By eligible, we mean SC that have met either the 1x and 3x playthrough requirements.
Aside from the rules and regulations we’ve just discussed, there are other Terms and Conditions we feel you ought to know about when it comes to redeeming SC and playing at SpinQuest, in general.
This website has quite a decent selection of payment methods for both Sweeps Coins cash prize redemptions and Gold Coin package purchases. What we like about having several payment options to choose from, is that players can comfortably pick what works for them. Among the SC prize redemption methods accepted by this brand include:
According to this site’s Sweepstakes Rules, SpinQuest takes no more than 10 days to process SC prize redemption requests. But speaking from experience, this operator takes way less time to do so (which is a huge plus). We’re talking at least 24 hours.
Now, when it comes to actually getting your cash prize, the timeframe boils down to the SC prize redemption method you’re using. Here’s a quick rundown of the redemption periods of the available payment methods at SpinQuest.
| Sweeps Coins Prize Redemption Method | Prize Redemption Period |
|---|---|
| Visa | At least 3 business days |
| Discover | A minimum of 3 business days |
| Mastercard | At least 3 business days |
| Amex | A minimum of 3 business days |
| Online bank transfer | At least 3 business days |

We wrap up this guide with a list of our ups and downs when it comes to redeeming SC for cash prizes at this sweeps casino.
Winning real money at SpinQuest is not possible, but the upside is this website still allows players to play with their Sweeps Coins and then redeem them for real prizes. As you’ve read in this guide, SpinQuest has some rules and regulations that you must adhere to when redeeming your SC for real prizes. For starters, you first have to play with your SC at least thrice (if you got them through bonuses) and at least once (if you obtained them from Gold Coin packages). Next, you must have a minimum of 50 eligible SC to qualify to make an SC prize redemption request.
When it comes to the SC prize redemption methods, it’s recommendable that SpinQuest accepts several payment methods, allowing players to pick whichever one is most suitable for them. The redemption timeframe is also reasonable across all payment methods, which is another advantage. And as for receiving these free Sweeps Coins in the first place, SpinQuest has done quite a commendable job offering bonuses that provide enough SC, plus other perks.
If you haven’t joined SpinQuest yet, why don’t you click on the link on the banners on our page to sign-up?
You can only submit one redemption request a day on this sweepstakes website.
As we’ve mentioned in this guide, this operator requires players to have at least 50 eligible Sweeps Coins before making a redemption request. As for the maximum limit, players from Florida can only redeem their Sweeps Coins for cash prizes of up to $5,000.
This operator approves redemption requests as soon as 24 hours after you submit them. Then, it takes at least 3 business days to get your cash prize via any of the accepted payment methods on this site.
