Stripping away human bias, we audit the five active BCS-era computer formulas (Billingsley, Colley, Massey, Wolfe, and Sagarin-R) following Week 9 to project the 12-team College Football Playoff field. Highlighted by Miami maintaining the #1 overall seed (2.2 Comp Avg), Georgia, Morgan Scalley's 8-0 Utah Utes, and defending national champion Indiana capturing 1st-round byes, on-campus hosting tickets for UCLA, Notre Dame, Texas, and Will Stein's Kentucky, and Boise State securing the Group of 6 auto-bid at Seed 12, we break down every projected matchup. Check out the full computer-modeled bracket.
