The Dallas Mavericks and Minnesota Timberwolves battle in Game 1 of the NBA’s Western Conference Finals tonight, and there are several enticing player prop options for what should be a competitive tilt.
Below, I have highlighted three of my best plays, all coming in at plus money!
Tipping things off is Mavericks starting forward Derrick Jones Jr.

DAL Derrick Jones Jr. OVER 1.5 Made Threes (+180)
- Jones has scored at least two triples in back-to-back games. Over that stretch, the 27-year-old is shooting 64% (7-of-11) from downtown.
- Jones has attempted at least five three-pointers in three straight games and four of his past five – good volume.

MIN Karl-Anthony Towns OVER 3.5 Assists (+134)
- Timberwolves star power forward Karl-Anthony Towns has recorded at least four assists in two of his past three games.
- Dallas allowed the fourth most assists per game to power forwards during the regular season.
DAL Daniel Gafford OVER 8.5 Points (+108)
- Mavericks center Daniel Gafford faces a stiff test in reigning DPOY Rudy Gobert, but the former Washington Wizard has topped tonight’s scoring prop in three straight games and six of his past seven.
