Game 4 of the NBA Finals is set for tonight as the Boston Celtics aim to claim their franchise’s 18th NBA championship in a sweep of the Dallas Mavericks. Boston sits as a narrow one-point favorite on the road after the Mavs came up small in Game 3, so let’s sit back and enjoy tonight’s action with an ultimate same-game parlay.

Legs 1 & 2: Jayson Tatum 25+ Points, 5+ Assists
We were on Jayson Tatum to up his scoring output in Game 3 after his underwhelming performances in Games 1 & 2 scoring the rock. He dropped 31 points on 26 attempts from the field. If we get nearly 26 shots again tonight, we should have no issue eclipsing the 25-point mark. As a passer, he’s had at least five assists in 11 of his last 12 games, so we’re not too worried about him racking up five dimes.
Leg 3: Derrick White 3+ Threes
Derrick White has knocked down at least three shots from beyond the arc in all three games of this series on an average of nine attempts per game. He’ll have the green light from deep again tonight, so should he take about nine shots from deep again, we’ll trust that he can make three of them.
Legs 4 & 5: Jaylen Brown 20+ Points, 4+ Rebounds
Jaylen Brown is on the verge of becoming the Finals MVP, and I’m sure this a feat that Brown is fully aware of and something that he wants. I don’t expect him to back off tonight by any means, ensuring that he does everything he can to solidify his Finals MVP bid in a winning effort. He’s had at least 20 points and four rebounds in every game this series, so simply put, we need to see that once again for him to earn the MVP honors.
Leg 6: Al Horford 5+ Rebounds
Kristaps Porzingis is questionable for tonight, but regardless of whether he plays, we’re confident Al Horford can grab five rebounds for us. Overall, this postseason, he’s grabbed at least five rebounds in 16 of 17 games, so there is nothing for us to worry about here unless Horford finds himself in early foul trouble.
Leg 7: Luka Doncic 3+ Threes
Before his poor shooting performance in Game 3, Luka Doncic was riding a nine-game streak of making at least three shots from beyond the arc. I’m not counting on Doncic’s shooting woes to continue tonight with the season hanging in the balance, giving us the confidence to tout him here in a bounce-back effort.
Legs 8 & 9: PJ Washington Jr. 10+ Points, 5+ Rebounds
PJ Washington Jr. has arguably been the most consistent Maverick this postseason, as he’s now had at least ten points and five rebounds in eight straight games. What else is there to ask for?
Leg 10: Dereck Lively II 6+ Rebounds
In Game 3, Dereck Lively II earned himself a 30-minute workload and flourished with the added minutes, grabbing 13 rebounds. I find it hard to believe that Lively will play for under 25 minutes tonight after that performance. In the eight games in the postseason where Lively played at least 25 minutes, he’s grabbed at least six rebounds in every game.
